Can You Hear Me Now?

Wouldn't it be great if each of us had a direct phone line to God? So much frustration from the unknown could be avoided if we could just hear God clearly, without any interferences.

Beginning this Sunday, I'm starting a sermon series called, Can You Hear Me Now? This set of four sermons is designed to encourage everyone to listen for God admidst the interferences of daily life. If you're like me, you have lots of clutter and clamor, noisy-ing up your life. Interferences like anxiety, sin, and doubt make it hard for us to hear God. But, it's in these moments that God can and does speak. And, trust me, what he has to say is worth hearing.

From personal experience, I will bring three convictions to these messages.
Conviction #1: God wants to speak to me.
Conviction #2: My life is improved when I hear what God has to say.
Conviction #3: There is competitive "noise" that needs to be turned off so I can hear God .
Please feel free to join us at Devonshire for worship at 10:30am or listen to our sermon podcasts.
